- 1 potato bun
- 1/3 lb beef patty
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1/4 cup thin sliced onions
- 2 pickle chips
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp burger sauce
Method
Steps
- Toast the potato bun and spread burger sauce on the bottom half.
- Pile onions onto the patty and smash both onto a hot griddle.
- Flip once the onions brown and the patty crisps.
