  • 1 brioche bun
  • 1/3 lb beef patty
  • 1 slice sharp cheddar
  • 2 tbsp caramelized onions
  • 1 tbsp black pepper aioli
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 1 leaf arugula

Method

Steps

  1. Toast the brioche bun and spread black pepper aioli on it.
  2. Cook the patty and melt cheddar over the top.
  3. Add arugula and tomato to the bottom half.
  4. Top with the burger and caramelized onions.
  5. Close and serve.
